There are a few things about this ad that are mentionable.1. I like the chicks drinking at the picnic table
2. The exploded view of the inner workings of the new and improved 1948 oil pump.
This just goes to show you what kind of people bought new motorcycles in 1947. Indian actually marketed toward people that care about the oil pump gears! Most of the H.O.G. members I run into couldn't even point out an oil pump.
