I was shocked to see another Knucklehead outside a local tavern recently. I knew this bike from years ago but didn't see the guy who used to ride it anywhere. I found out it had changed hands recently to a younger member of the family and he intends to keep it the same.
Nice knuckle, it's the second one I've seen with an air cleaner like that. Anybody know where I can get one like that?
ReplyDeleteThe only thing wrong w/it is that T.H.B.C's sticker Yeecccchhh! That should be an old Iron Horse one. Otherwise it's great! As for the air cleaner cover it looks like an old moon or hellings and stellings style automotive cover.

Nice chopper,the only thing he has to lose is T.H.B.C sticker,that's a big LOSER. A vintage Iron Horse sticker would be more appropriate. As far as the air cleaner cover maybe it's an old aftermarket hellings and stellings , Moon,or variations of them.

Just was reading some old iron horses ,I'm pretty sure that's an old mikuni carb and air cleaner kit they sold back in the 90's.
