Progress...

Got the front fender, wheel, brake, headlight and horn bracket back together...I ended up having to rework the fender due to the fact that it was on a bent front end and required some tweaking to fit the straight one...no big deal. I still have to mount the horn and hook up some wires...

Oh yeah... and install the transmission, inner primary, clutch, chain, motor sprocket, outer primary, floor board, rear chain and seat.

I can already tell that the new fork and springs will make a huge difference. Just the way it sits, I can see the extra ground clearance.
